How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@dino.us with your order number and the reason for your return request.
Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
Pack the item securely and drop it off at any shipping carrier location using the label we provide.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the item should ideally be in its original condition and packaging. However, we understand that costumes may have been tried on — that is perfectly fine. We do not accept returns for items that have been:
- Worn extensively or washed
- Deliberately damaged
- Returned more than 7 days after the delivery date
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, you do NOT need to return it. Simply email us at support@dino.us with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we will immediately send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refund approved within 1 business day of receiving the item
- Refund processed to your payment method within 2–5 business days
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement
